Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Point of escalation for client issues and team members
  • Knowledge point for day-to-day training and questions
  • Manage PTO calendar and daily assignments
  • Conduct monthly 1-on-1s and team meetings
  • Identify process improvement and program growth opportunities

Key Responsibilities

  • Subject matter expert for Commercial Client Advisor team
  • Consultation, research, and recommend solutions for complex card program inquiries
  • Assist with onboarding and training of new hires
  • Keep policies, processes, and procedures updated
  • Track client issues and resolution
  • Proactive communication with clients and business partners
  • Training and education on program tools and best practices
  • Handle special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 3+ years of credit card program or financial services experience
  • Complex problem solving and ability to translate client needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to identify and solve routine technical and end user system tools issues
  • Effective management of multiple requests, concerns, and problems in a professional manner
  • Attention to detail, end-to-end ownership, drive for results in support of growing the business, with a focus on the client
  • Ability to communicate with multiple levels of leadership and lines of business effectively and professionally
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration/Finance
  • 3+ years Client Relationship Management, Customer Service & Sales experience in a related field
  • Functional knowledge of credit card industry
  • Functional knowledge of Commercial Card programs, servicing and operations
  • Exposure to ERP and basic accounting systems

Compensation ranges are provided for US Employees in California, Washington DC, New Jersey, and New York, US Employees in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin, and US Employees in all other states not listed above.
