Supervisor, Clinical Rehab (Physical Therapist) | UF Health North (Outpatient) | Full-time | Days

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs daily operations for assigned site.
• Ensures staffing meets patient volume, for efficient and effective delivery of clinical care.
• Works well with other leaders for program referrals and sharing of staff/resources to meet departmental/organizational goals.
• Makes sure operational and process outcomes are monitored, responded to, and improved.
• Maintains accreditation readiness through ongoing monitoring and surveillance of assigned location.

Qualifications

• Required Education: Bachelor's Degree
• PREFERRED Education: Master's or Doctorate preferred with focus in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech language pathology, communication science disorders or business administration.
• Required Licensure/Certifications: Current Florida license in Physical Therapy, BLS from American Heart Association.
• Required Experience: Three years' experience as a clinician, with evidence of increased leadership responsibility.
• PREFERRED Experience: Experience in hospital based rehabilitation. Supervision: Number of Employees Supervised: 6-20 Budgetary Responsibility: Responsible for providing input into Rehabilitation Service annual budget.
