About the role
Serves as nursing team lead in the Labor and Delivery OR. Provides leadership, education, oversight, and training to assigned team of nurses in the LDOR.
Responsibilities
- Delivers safe, high-quality, patient-centered care using the nursing process
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Affirms and adjusts care plans based on patient needs
- Supports staff development, education, and a positive team environment
- Contributes to staffing, operational efficiency, and quality improvement initiatives
- Promotes evidence-based practice and continuous clinical excellence
Qualifications
- BSN required
- Active NC RN license & BCLS certification
- Specialty certification within probationary period
- Minimum 1 year RN experience
