Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of both Table Games and Slot Departments to ensure efficient and compliant gaming operations.
- Enforce all applicable gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
- Monitor gaming floor activity to protect company assets and ensure game integrity.
- Authorize table openings/closures, fills, credits, jackpot payouts, and resolve variances.
- Investigate and document guest disputes, operational discrepancies, and incident reports.
- Ensure proper execution of Title 31 / AML procedures and suspicious activity reporting.
- Maintain visible leadership presence on the gaming floor to ensure high guest service standards.
- Cook up with Surveillance, Security, Cage, and Count Room for operational and regulatory matters.
- Assist in scheduling and labor management to ensure adequate floor coverage.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate operational updates and expectations.
- Coach, train, and evaluate team members to drive performance and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and emergency procedures.
