Supervisor, Card Services

About the role

Your Mission As Supervisor, Card Services, you'll keep Envisant's card programs, products, and services running at full throttle-so member credit unions and partners get fast, accurate support when it matters most.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations for the Cards Department
• Assigning work and schedules for member service representatives
• Coaching and developing staff to follow ICUS standards, procedures, and mission
• Providing technical and operational guidance for Envisant systems (including balancing and workflow/user maintenance)
• Coordinating support transitions from Implementation to Customer Service
• Serving as an escalation point for credit unions, processors, and partners
• Communicating clearly in writing and verbally
• Ensuring compliance with card network rules and regulations
• Building strong business relationships
• Participating in partner-led training tied to new product development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or recognized industry equivalent
• 3-5 years of related experience
• Financial institution/payment industry experience
• Prior supervisory experience
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Leadership, teamwork, and collaboration strengths
• Experience with RingCentral, FIS systems, and Salesforce
