About the role

Responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
  • Provide product recommendations and support
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM systems
