About the role
Responsible for managing customer service inquiries and providing solutions through phone and email.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer service calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently.
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of CRM systems is an asset.
