The pay range for this position is $78,419.00 - $117,628.00 per year. The typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of this range, based on individual qualifications, skills, education, and experience.

Supervises department staff

• Ensures Members receive prompt, accurate, high quality services
• Solves Member issues and account problems
• Supports MSRs by answering questions and resolving issues
• Ensures MSRs have adequate supplies
• Manages high volumes through planning and coordinating staffing
• Identifies initiatives for enhancing productivity

Processes Member transactions

• Provides product and service information
• Quotes savings and loan rates
• Provides consultative services to Members

Additional Job Functions

• Supervises team members directly
• Selects, trains, and appraises team members
• Schedules team members
• Establishes, communicates, and achieves department and Credit Union goals
• Identifies areas to streamline operations
• Complies with regulatory policies and internal procedures
• Affirms compliance with BSA regulations relevant to job duties
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience required
• 3-5 years of prior functional experience required
• 1-3 years of prior management experience required
• May require participation in the CA DMV pull program depending on assignment
