Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Organizes personnel assignments and training to meet daily customer production schedules while maintaining safety and quality requirements
• Perform daily employee performance & attendance management actions
• Aid in developing and orientating new team members
• Drive and lead organizational strategic imperatives and initiatives
• Implement improvement ideas by leveraging team members feedback and suggestions on opportunities
• Communicate relevant business information, company policies, and business updates to team members
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and organizational stakeholders

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor Degree Required or equivalent combination of education and experience; 1yr experience may substitute for 1yr of degree
