About the role
The Supervisor works a variable schedule with shifts primarily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Typical days off are Thursday and Friday, though scheduling may vary based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the shift service leader while also managing a variety of office and administrative responsibilities to support daily operations.
- Supervises team members in their area of responsibility.
- Consults with members of management to make changes as needed to improve services.
- Follows established Parkhurst and client policies and procedures.
- Upholds standards.
- Communicates using Smile Plus skills and coaches team members on their use of the Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
- Maintains presence in service areas to assess customer satisfaction levels and resolve problems.
- Communicates findings to management.
Qualifications
- Six or more years of professional experience with four or more years in a food service role.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Culinary, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent job-related experience.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations.
- Ability to organize workloads and meet time deadlines.
- Supervisory and team management skills desirable.
