About the role

Supervise team members in their area of responsibility. Consult with members of management to make changes as needed to improve services. Follow established Parkhurst and client policies and procedures. Uphold standards. Communicate using Smile Plus skills and coach team members on their use of the Smile Plus hospitality imperatives. May assist in purchasing foods and supplies. Maintain presence in service areas to assess customer satisfaction levels and resolve problems. Communicate findings to management.

Requirements

• Six or more years of professional experience with four or more years in a food service role.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Culinary, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent job-related experience.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to organize workloads and meet time deadlines.
• Supervisory and team management skills desirable.
