The Supervisor role is one that’s always active, and no two days are the same. You’ll be on your feet, coordinating with team members, and assuming responsibility for all center operations in the absence of the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Operations Manager at your center.
Responsibilities
Our Supervisors work diligently to ensure standards are high and are met with consistency. Essential duties include:
- Being a champion for our guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting valuable feedback, and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints.
- Capitalizing on all business opportunities in your market area by executing our marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.).
- Developing and maintaining a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow our league business; adhering to league formats, distributing league announcements, and performing other administrative duties associated with our leagues.
- Assisting in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling a talented team of hourly center staff.
Skills
To be successful in this role, you should be able to:
- Lead the team and influence them through effective motivation; leverage the individual strengths of your team members to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize center productivity by working with your team side by side every day.
- Assist in overseeing the management and expansion of your center’s Food & Beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction in our dining offerings.
- Remain flexible and work varying shifts, from weekends to holidays, in addition to extended workdays as needed by your center.
Qualifications
You’re a dedicated team player who’s looking for the opportunity to grow. You excel at developing talent and can partner with your center’s management team to deliver a world-class guest experience. Desired skills include:
- HS Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
- A commitment to great guest service
- 1-2 years experience in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Restaurants
- Solid communication skills
- Strong team player and people developer
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment/Physical Demands
Typical entertainment environment where you will walk, bend and stand for periods of time, and may lift objects with some assistance.
Pay and Benefits
The pay rate for this position is $25hr to $28hr. Lucky Strike Entertainment offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package which includes healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
