Supervisor

About the role

We're seeking a Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Kid to Kid. This position offers opportunities for advancement, training, and personal growth.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and price inventory using our proprietary buying software
• Manage inventory through merchandising, markdowns, and sales-floor organization
• Coach, motivate, and support a team of 20–30 employees
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience
• Aid in daily store operations, including opening/closing and achieving sales goals
• Lead by example in a fun, fast-paced retail environment

Requirements

• Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience
• Open availability, including evenings and weekends
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to multitask
• Passion for fashion, resale, and sustainability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar retail or supervisory role
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
