Supervisor

Essential Job Functions

• Provide guests with an exceptional experience.
• Aid the Store Manager in managing store operations.
• Share product knowledge and offer suggestions to meet customer needs and promote pet health.
• Perform front-end tasks such as operating the cash register, bagging, restocking merchandise, and setting up displays.
• Organize and maintain a clean store front and stock room.
• Assist with various projects as needed, including markdowns, re-tickets, labeling products, and special store events.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passion for extraordinary customer service and the well-being of pets.
• Professional retail sales experience preferred.
• Professional supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn about products and services offered.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible schedules to meet business needs, which may include evenings and weekends.
• Time management and organizational skills.

Physical Demands

• Requires standing for 8 hours per day with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be comfortable working with a wide variety of animals, including small and large dogs.
• Must be able to work around pet hair and dander.

Pay and Schedule

$15.00-$17.63 per hour DOE/DOQ
