About the role
Immersive Gamebox is an entertainment company that offers interactive game experiences using projection mapping, touch screens, motion tracking, and surround sound. We are seeking a Supervisor/Team Member to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with warmth and enthusiasm
- Drive walk-in bookings by actively promoting the experience
- Host games with energy, keeping the mood fun and inclusive
- Maintain a spotless, organized, and guest-ready environment
- Handle questions and concerns quickly, ensuring guests leave impressed
- Open or close the venue confidently, completing all necessary steps without shortcuts
Requirements
- Natural people-person who genuinely enjoys guest interaction
- Thrives in a busy environment and can switch gears fast
- Organized and dependable, even under pressure
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Confident with tech like tablets and booking systems
