Immersive Gamebox is an entertainment company that offers interactive game experiences using projection mapping, touch screens, motion tracking, and surround sound. We are seeking a Supervisor/Team Member to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests with warmth and enthusiasm
• Drive walk-in bookings by actively promoting the experience
• Host games with energy, keeping the mood fun and inclusive
• Maintain a spotless, organized, and guest-ready environment
• Handle questions and concerns quickly, ensuring guests leave impressed
• Open or close the venue confidently, completing all necessary steps without shortcuts

Requirements

• Natural people-person who genuinely enjoys guest interaction
• Thrives in a busy environment and can switch gears fast
• Organized and dependable, even under pressure
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Confident with tech like tablets and booking systems
