Supervisor

About the role

This position will direct production and distribution operations for a plant shift, including managing production personnel, production performance, and employee safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates production, distribution, warehousing, and shipping of products per company policies, principles, and procedures established by the Plant Manager.
• Ensures employee safety and compliance with governing regulatory agencies, including OSHA and EPA.
• Oversees housekeeping of plant facilities and equipment during shift operations.
• Maintains positive employee relations and compliance with employment policies and regulations.

Requirements

Associate's degree with two (2) years related supervisory experience and/or training in the wood treating or lumber industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
