Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes)
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
• Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism
• Handle project paperwork and scope approvals
• Lead jobs and ensure successful completion (role does not manage people)

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
• Local candidate (must respond within 1 hour of call)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in challenging environments

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or similar preferred
• Comfortable with dynamic schedules and occasional overnight travel

Skills

• IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation
• Xactimate experience
• Track record of successful community engagement and outreach
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software

Pay

$32‑$35 per hour plus a hybrid pay structure. Total earnings consist of two components: an administrative rate of $15 per hour (fixed) and a job‑time hourly rate that varies with the work performed.

Schedule

No set 9‑5 schedule; hours adapt to real‑time service needs, involve dynamic scheduling, and may include occasional overnight travel.
