What You’ll Do
Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes)
Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism
Handle project paperwork and scope approvals
While this role does not manage people—it leads jobs and ensures successful completion
What It Takes
Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
Local candidate (must respond within 1 hour of call)
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in challenging environments
2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or similar
Preferred qualifications: IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation, Xactimate experience, a track record of successful community engagement and outreach, proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software

Hybrid Pay Structure
In this role, you earn money based on the work being performed. Our team's total earnings are comprised of two rates—Administrative and Job Time Hourly Rate. The administrative rate is a fixed rate of seventeen dollars and thirteen cents per hour.
