Supervisor
Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects
Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism
Handle project paperwork and scope approvals
What It Takes
- Valid driver’s license + clean driving record
- Local candidate (must respond within 1 hour of call)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in challenging environments
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or similar
- Comfortable with dynamic schedules and occasional overnight travel
- Preferred Qualifications: IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation, Xactimate experience, a track record of successful community engagement and outreach, proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
Important Note
This role involves biohazard cleanup (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes).
Pay
Pay: $30-$34 per hour + hybrid pay structure
