Important note: this role involves biohazard cleanup (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes)
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
• Communicate with clients on‑site with empathy and professionalism
• Handle project paperwork and scope approvals
• Lead jobs to successful completion (role does not manage people directly)

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Local candidate able to respond within 1 hour of a call
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in challenging environments
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or a related field (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation
• Xactimate experience
• Track record of successful community engagement and outreach

Pay

$30‑$34 per hour plus a hybrid pay structure. Under the hybrid model, earnings consist of two components: an administrative rate of $16 per hour (fixed) and a job‑time hourly rate based on the work performed.

Schedule

Flexibility: no set 9‑5; hours adapt to real‑time service needs, including possible overnight travel.
