Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes)
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
• Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism
• Handle project paperwork and scope approvals
• Lead jobs and ensure successful completion (role does not manage people)

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Local candidate able to respond within 1 hour of call
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in challenging environments
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in restoration, construction, or a similar field (preferred)
• Comfortable with dynamic schedules and occasional overnight travel

Preferred Qualifications

• IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation
• Xactimate experience
• Track record of successful community engagement and outreach
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software

Pay

Base pay range: $32–$35 per hour. The role uses a hybrid pay structure consisting of a fixed administrative rate of $15 per hour plus a job‑time hourly rate that varies with the work performed.

Schedule

Schedule is flexible with no set 9‑5 hours; work hours adapt to real‑time service needs.
