Supervisor of Residential Services
Oversee our Adult Crisis Unit, maintaining ongoing residential effectiveness through administrative coordination of safety, therapeutic, and operational issues. Responsibilities include:
- Demonstrate leadership by coordinating all residential program components.
- Ensure a safe, structured therapeutic group living milieu by managing physical safety, hygiene, clothing, food, and medical care.
- Maintain upkeep of physical plant by ensuring a safe, clean, and pleasant group living environment.
- Assure proper staffing levels.
- Aid in staff training as assigned.
- Monitor and appraise job performance of residential staff.
- Collaborate with the program clinician to align milieu treatment with the Individual Treatment Plan.
- Timely completion of required documentation.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, or five years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Required: Must obtain certification as MHRT-1 within 1 year of hire or possess MHRT-C/MHRT-CSP in tandem with CRMA, TCI and First Aid/CPR. Must maintain a valid state driver’s license.
Experience: Supervisory experience, four years experience working in the Mental Health field, ability to work with adults experiencing a mental health crisis, demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with other professionals on behalf of clients, at least an intermediate proficiency using a personal computer. Persons with lived experience in the Mental Health and/or Substance Abuse system are encouraged to apply.
Pay
$47,840 - $63,148, dependent upon experience.
