Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Analyze budget variances and prepare reports
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and maintain accuracy
• Create and review audit work papers and filings with regulatory bodies
• Manage accounts receivable, payroll, and accounts payable systems
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize and manage workflow
• Adapt to changing work flow and provide leadership to team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Masters degree preferred, but not required
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
• 5+ years of related experience
• 1+ years of supervisory experience

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, and computerized accounting systems
• Experience with client-server based financial systems, particularly GEAC
• Experience with accounts receivable, payroll, and accounts payable systems
• Ability to prioritize and manage workflow to meet deadlines
• Interpersonal skills necessary for regular exposure to all levels of management

Pay

The salary range for this position is TBD, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This is a hybrid position, working on-site three days per week with some flexibility on scheduling.
