Supervision - Wraparound Services

Role: Wraparound Supervisor Responsibilities Lead a team delivering community-based services to at-risk youth and families.Oversee wraparound facilitators, coordinate complex cases, and ensure the provision of high-quality, strengths-based care.Monitor caseloads and review service plans to maintain service standards.Support staff through coaching, training, and crisis management guidance.Collaborate with schools, courts, and community partners to coordinate care and services.Track outcomes and ensure thorough documentation of services provided.Uphold evidence-informed, trauma-responsive practices aligned with a client-centered approach. Qualifications & Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities.Experience in case coordination and community-based services.Knowledge of trauma-informed and strengths-based practices.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to support and train staff effectively.
