Supervision Performance & Automation Analyst
Responsibilities
Support and collaborate with more experienced colleagues to deliver large-scale solutions across a variety of projects & initiatives.
Jointly participate in projects & tasks while advancing skills in discovery, design, and implementation of process improvements and automated workflows.
Optimize processes by conducting stakeholder interviews to compile needs assessment, identify requirements, and support solution design.
Conduct data validation and process testing exercises, identifying defects and proposing solutions or workarounds.
Work cross-functionality to deliver & implement more efficient workflows by combining backend data sources in Alteryx.
Research and resolve unknowns independently by leveraging resources and navigating the organization to obtain information and achieve objectives.
Drive continuous improvement by proposing ways to leverage data aggregation tools, automated workflows, or AI to streamline our team’s ability to operate & execute on our initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- 1+ years of experience in data sourcing, extraction, or analytics
- Experience in Excel, SQL, python, and/or Alteryx
- Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Preferred
- Knowledge of Supervision, securities licenses a plus (7, 66/63)
- Prior experience replacing manual workflows by aggregating data to create automated or more efficient solutions
Pay Range
$63,860.00 - $106,399.00
