About the role
This position provides guidance to the GL claims staff, discusses claims matters with staff and members, reviews claim files, provides direction, oversees the excess reimbursement process for claims they are assigned, maintains a small caseload of files performing claims handling tasks similar to the Specialists/Sr. Specialists, and participates in evaluating the performance of the employees they supervise.
