Supervising Attorney - New England

Job Summary

We are seeking a Supervising Attorney to lead attorneys with our Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island Staff Counsel team. Our attorneys work from home and handle in-person appearances and trials as required.

Essential Job Functions

• Lead and mentor a team of attorneys
• Handle complex legal matters independently and as part of a team
• Prepare and present legal arguments in court
• Collaborate with clients and other legal professionals

Physical Actions

• Occasional travel to client sites may be required

• Flexible remote work environment

Education Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Preferred: Connecticut Bar License
• Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island Bar Licenses a plus

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience
• Experience working in a team environment
• Experience handling complex legal matters

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
