Job Summary
We are seeking a Supervising Attorney to lead attorneys with our Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island Staff Counsel team. Our attorneys work from home and handle in-person appearances and trials as required.
Essential Job Functions
- Lead and mentor a team of attorneys
- Handle complex legal matters independently and as part of a team
- Prepare and present legal arguments in court
- Collaborate with clients and other legal professionals
Physical Actions
- Occasional travel to client sites may be required
Physical Environment
- Flexible remote work environment
Education Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Preferred: Connecticut Bar License
- Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island Bar Licenses a plus
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience
- Experience working in a team environment
- Experience handling complex legal matters

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
