What You’ll Do
- Provide individual and family therapy in home and community settings
- Support youth and families in achieving treatment goals and improving functioning
- Engage caregivers, schools, and other treatment professionals to strengthen support systems
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and case consultation
- Maintain timely documentation in accordance with agency and state requirements
- Ensure clients have access to 24/7 crisis support when needed

Compensation
- $22 – $27 per hour depending on experience
- Additional compensation includes:
- Mileage reimbursement
- Paid supervision and training
- Phone and supply reimbursement
- Opportunities for increased hours and advancement
Schedule and Workload
- Compass offers a flexible schedule where full-time status is achieved with approximately 105 hours per month (about 25 hours per week)
- This reduced full-time requirement allows clinicians to maintain a strong work-life balance while still qualifying for full benefits
- Clinicians typically schedule sessions during afternoons and evenings, with flexibility to structure their weekly schedule based on client needs

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related mental health field
- Eligible for Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work status in Virginia
- Valid driver’s license with minimum 1 year driving history and good driving record
- Availability for afternoon and evening appointments
- Commitment to providing community-based services
