What You’ll Do
- Lead day-to-day field operations on corporate interior/TI projects
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics in active/occupied environments
- Enforce safety standards and quality control on-site
- Cook up inspections, punch lists, and closeout
- Work closely with Project Managers, clients, and building management
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and professional client-facing presence
- Proactively solve field issues to keep projects on schedule
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience in corporate interiors / TI construction
- Strong knowledge of interior buildouts (drywall, framing, MEP coordination, finishes)
- Experience working in occupied buildings and tight schedules
- Familiarity with Miami-Dade permitting and inspections
- Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills
- OSHA certification preferred
