Superintendent
Responsibilities
- Oversee all interior finishes work including drywall, framing, ceilings, flooring, millwork, painting, specialties, and final trim to ensure alignment with design intent and project specifications.
- Cook up sequencing of interior trades to optimize workflow, minimize rework, and maintain adherence to the project schedule.
- Review and verify shop drawings, submittals, and material selections related to interior finishes for accuracy and constructability.
- Conduct pre-installation meetings with interior trades to communicate expectations, quality standards, scheduling, and coordination requirements.
- Monitor installation progress and workmanship to ensure compliance with contract documents, industry standards, and client expectations.
- Identify and resolve field conflicts between finishes, MEP systems, and structural elements to maintain design integrity and avoid delays.
- Manage mock-ups, sample approvals, and benchmark installations to establish acceptable quality standards prior to full production.
- Perform detailed inspections of finishes work, ensuring deficiencies are identified early and corrected promptly.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and design team to address aesthetic concerns, material substitutions, or constructability challenges related to interior finishes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 8 to 12 years of experience in related construction projects with a focus on electrical systems.

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $67.30 - $74.52/hr.
