Superintendent (St. Louis-based; No travel)

Position Overview

The Superintendent (St. Louis-based; No travel) is responsible for the direction and coordination of field labor, subcontractors and the placement/use of equipment and construction materials. The Superintendent is accountable for the efficient and effective day-to-day construction of the project following the overall construction methodology and means developed by the Project Manager. The Superintendent is capable of supervising a project scope of 10 million dollars.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 10+ years of experience in the construction field as a Supervisor.
• Corresponds through and is proficient with MS Outlook and other Microsoft suite applications.
