About the role
Oversee day-to-day construction activities from project startup through completion.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules.
Enforce site safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
Manage project quality control and conduct regular site inspections.
Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate site logistics.
Work closely with Project Managers to resolve field issues and maintain progress.
Maintain project documentation, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to client expectations.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction.
- Stable work history with strong tenure and minimal employment gaps.
- Experience managing projects valued between $2M-$20M.
- Background in hospitality, retail, automotive, commercial, or similar project sectors.
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, and site management.
- Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL).
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- LEED AP certification preferred.
- Willingness to travel throughout Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut, and occasionally Maine as project needs require.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications

Pay
Base salary up to $150k depending on experience.
