Superintendent: San Pedro - DSA/LAUSD
Job Description
Manage daily on-site operations for DSA/LAUSD construction projects.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project timelines are met.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
Oversee inspections and ensure adherence to DSA and LAUSD guidelines.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Supervise the work of subcontractors and ensure high-quality results.
Requirements
Experience managing DSA/LAUSD construction projects.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
Ability to coordinate multiple teams and ensure project efficiency.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with project management tools and documentation.
