A construction company in the property industry based in Los Angeles.

Manage Daily On-Site Operations

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project timelines are met.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Safeguard project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Oversee inspections and ensure adherence to DSA and LAUSD guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Supervise the work of subcontractors and ensure high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Experience managing DSA/LAUSD construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to coordinate multiple teams and ensure project efficiency.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and documentation.

Pay & Benefits

Annual salary range of $157,500 - $192,500. $650 monthly car allowance plus a gas card. Three weeks PTO and eight sick days annually. 100% employee medical coverage. 401(k) match, laptop, iPad, and cell phone provided.
