Responsibilities

• Lead all field activities for commercial and multifamily construction projects
• Drive project schedules and ensure milestone completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site logistics
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite
• Conduct daily inspections and quality control reviews
• Collaborate with Project Managers to manage project goals and timelines
• Review construction documents and ensure work aligns with project requirements
• Lead subcontractor meetings and coordinate project sequencing
• Identify and resolve field conflicts proactively
• Oversee project closeout, punch list completion, and owner turnover

Requirements

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial or multifamily construction
• Experience managing projects valued between $5M-$50M+
• Strong knowledge of site operations, scheduling, and construction sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
• Proven track record leading subcontractors and field teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety and quality standards
• Working knowledge of construction management technology and reporting tools
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions in the field

Pay

Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $135,000.
