Superintendent
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We need to extract content.
Job Title: Construction Superintendent (do not repeat as heading). Provide sections.
We have description: "This role leads on-site construction operations for complex ground-up commercial projects, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives are consistently met. The superintendent provides daily field leadership, coordinates trade partners, manages site logistics, and drives effective communication among project stakeholders. Projects will vary, and the superintendent will either serve as the lead on projects valued at $10M+ or contribute as part of a larger team on projects exceeding $100M."
That's about the role. So we can have About the role
with
containing that paragraph. Responsibilities: list of duties. We'll create
- each bullet.
Requirements: maybe combine essential skills? The posting has "Essential Skills" and "Additional Skills & Qualifications". We can treat "Requirements" as essential skills? Or we could have separate sections: Skills, Qualifications. The instruction says use headings for those categories if content exists. We have "Essential Skills" list, "Additional Skills & Qualifications" list, also "Work Environment", "Job Type & Location", "Pay And Benefits", "Workplace Type", "Application Deadline", "About Actalent" etc. We need to filter out boilerplate: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "About Actalent" etc? That's likely boilerplate about company; we should remove as it's not substantive job content. Also remove "Application Deadline" maybe not needed? It's metadata but not boilerplate? It's a date; could be considered minor metadata; we could fold into a short
or drop. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." Application deadline is minor metadata; we could drop or include in a short p. Probably drop. Pay And Benefits: we have pay range and benefits list. So we need Pay and Benefits sections? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We have both Pay and Benefits; we could combine into one section? But headings list includes Pay and Benefits separate. We could create
Pay
with pay range, andBenefits
with list. However they said "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." The posting states pay range and benefits, so we can create both. Schedule: we have work environment includes day-shift schedule typical 7am-4pm with occasional Saturday. So we can create Schedule section. We also have Work Environment description; could be part of Schedule or maybe we could omit as not required heading. But we have Schedule heading; we can put schedule details there. We also have "Job Type & Location": Contract to Hire based out of Ann Arbor, MI. That's minor metadata; could be folded into a short p or dropped. Probably drop. We have "Workplace Type": fully onsite position in Ann Arbor,MI. That's also metadata; could drop. We have "About Actalent" etc: remove. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Essential Skills (maybe as Skills), Additional Skills & Qualifications (maybe as Qualifications), Pay, Benefits, Schedule. We need to use headings exactly as given: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. They want those specific headings. So we must map content to those headings. If we don't have content for a heading, we should not include it. So we need to decide which headings we have content for. - About the role: yes. - Responsibilities: yes. - Requirements: we have essential skills maybe considered requirements. Could put essential skills under Requirements. - Qualifications: we have additional skills & qualifications maybe under Qualifications. - Skills: we could also have a Skills section but we already used essential skills for Requirements; maybe we can put skills under Skills and qualifications under Qualifications. But we have both essential skills and additional skills & qualifications; we could split: essential skills -> Skills, additional -> Qualifications. However Requirements heading expects requirements like experience, certifications. Could put essential skills under Requirements. But we also have Skills heading; we could put something like proficiency with software etc under Skills. Let's examine essential skills list: includes experience, proven experience, strong experience, demonstrated ability, strong focus on safety, familiarity with site requirements, clear communication, problem-solving, knowledge of job cost accounting, advanced skills in scheduling, proven ability to supervise, excellent time management, ability to build relationships, effective leadership, commitment to team-based planning, proficiency with MS Office, proficiency with Procore, familiarity with basic BIM tools, OSHA 30 certification. That's a mix of experience and skills. Could be considered Requirements. Additional skills & qualifications list: experience serving as lead superintendent on $10M+, experience overseeing $1M/month, experience in commercial construction emphasizing innovation, ability to learn from experienced PMs, interest in ownership-minded culture, desire to contribute to team-oriented environment. That's more qualifications/attributes. Thus we can assign: - Requirements: Essential Skills (list) - Qualifications: Additional Skills & Qualifications (list) - Skills: maybe we could also list technical skills like Procore, BIM, MS Office, OSHA 30 under Skills. But we already used essential skills for Requirements; we could still have Skills section with technical proficiencies. However we risk duplication. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe better to combine essential skills and additional into Requirements and Qualifications, and omit Skills heading. But we need to follow instruction: use headings only when posting has real specific content for it. If we don't have distinct content for Skills separate from Requirements/Qualifications, we should not create Skills heading. So we omit Skills. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Pay, Benefits, Schedule. Check if we have content for Pay: yes pay range. Benefits: yes list. Schedule: yes shift schedule. Now we need to format. We must not include any extra text outside HTML. Output only HTML fragment. We'll produce:About the role
