Superintendent Residential Construction

Responsibilities

• Certify that each building project delivers a high-quality end product
• Oversight of construction staff
• Perform on-site assessments daily
• Ensure complete adherence to health and safety regulations
• Report any problems to the project manager immediately
• Audit subcontractor progress against timelines and performance targets
• Ensure work is completed on schedule and to the highest possible quality

Qualifications

• 18 months of experience in construction, restoration, or renovations
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and reports
• Experience with Xactimate is a plus
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask
• Self-disciplined to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Superb organizational, leadership, time-management, and communication skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office
• A high school diploma is required, bachelor’s degree preferred
