Responsibilities
- Manage all onsite construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors and project schedules
- Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Lead weekly owner and subcontractor meetings
- Conduct inspections and ensure code compliance
- Review construction documents and proactively address issues
- Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
Requirements
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience
- Public, municipal, education, or government project experience required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of scheduling software and construction best practices
- Proven ability to manage complex public-sector projects
