Requirements
- Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero-injury culture

- 2-5 years of progressive experience in a Manufacturing/Production environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and/or electrical aptitude (a plus)
- Strong understanding of Manufacturing flow processes, controls, and procedures
- Ability to understand, develop, and manage production schedules and target dates
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to climb and work in high areas
- High-level problem-solving and team-working skills
- High level of organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Programs
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all related operations of the manufacturing facility
- Understand, maintain, evaluate, and improve Process Controls
- Maintain and improve product quality control and assurance standards
- Maintain cost control, maximize productivity, and minimize waste
- Motivate, train, develop, and lead production personnel on flexible shifts/hours
- Coordinate schedules with team members
- Communicate essential information to all parties concerned
- Plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks/assignments
- Work collaboratively with commercial, production, administrative, and management teams
- Flexible availability for day, night, and weekend shifts as assigned by the operation schedule
Pay
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $72,900.00 and $131,800.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime when working qualifying hours. The total compensation package includes an annual bonus under the Salaried Incentive Plan.
