About the role

This opportunity allows you to work with an established General Contractor (GC) in Central Florida, with a strong pipeline of projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites to ensure timely project delivery.
• Cook with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain smooth workflows.
• Maintain safety protocols and comply with regulations.
• Oversee quality control measures to ensure project standards are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to address potential issues proactively.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation and project records.
• Resolve on-site challenges efficiently to keep projects on track.

Requirements

• Must have ground up commercial construction experience.
• AHCA preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt to unexpected challenges on-site.
• Familiarity with construction project management tools and software.
• A valid driver's license for site travel.
