Superintendent - Norfolk, NE

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, including scheduling and quality control.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, construction workers, and other personnel on-site to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees and subcontractors.
• Ensure that all work meets company and industry standards and specifications.
• Address and resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry with a minimum of five plus years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software, such as Procore and Microsoft Office.
• Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., OSHA) are a plus.
