We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes a description at top: "Brayman Construction is hiring a full-time Superintendent to support Near Surface Construction Activities at the newly awarded ALCOSAN Ohio River Tunnel Project..." That's like an overview. Could be "About the role". Then "Responsibilities" from Duties And Responsibilities. Then "Requirements" or "Qualifications" from Required Skills And Abilities and Required Education And Experience. Also "Benefits" from benefits paragraph. Also "Pay" and "Schedule" if present: they mention competitive salary, competitive annual salary, schedule will vary but 40-50 hours per week average. So we can include Pay and Schedule sections. Ensure we only include sections with real content. Avoid placeholders. Also remove boilerplate like EEO, confidentiality, application instructions, job ID, etc. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to capture details: overview paragraph, responsibilities list (many items), skills list, education/experience list, benefits list, pay statement, schedule statement. We need to decide grouping: Could have sections: About the role (overview), Responsibilities (duties), Qualifications (skills + education/experience), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Let's extract content. Overview: "Brayman Construction is hiring a full-time Superintendent to support Near Surface Construction Activities at the newly awarded ALCOSAN Ohio River Tunnel Project. This large scale, long-term project is designed to reduce combined sewer overflows (CSO) and includes challenging near-surface work in congested urban environments, where successful execution will require careful planning around existing utilities, limited work areas, public access, traffic control, and coordination with multiple project stakeholders. This role requires strong field leadership, the ability to manage complex utility restrictions and constructability challenges, and rigorous safety oversight." Then later: "This position earns a competitive salary and excellent benefits, including low-cost medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, profit sharing, paid time off, and paid holidays. As a Superintendent you will earn a competitive annual salary. The schedule will vary but you will be working 40-50 hours per week on average. We provide excellent benefits and perks, including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, profit sharing, paid time off (PTO), and wellness time." We can combine benefits: list them. Responsibilities: list from "Duties And Responsibilities" bullet points (they are sentences separated by periods). We'll convert each to

  • . Skills: from "Required Skills And Abilities" list. Education/Experience: from "Required Education And Experience" list. We might combine Skills and Education/Experience under "Qualifications" or separate sections: "Skills" and "Qualifications". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (maybe combine skills and experience), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we need to avoid thin sections. Could have Qualifications covering both skills and education/experience. Let's draft. HTML:

This position may also entail project site work at night and on weekends on an as needed basis. This position will be subject to more stringent drug testing and compliance policies associated with our status as a federal contractor.

    • Paid time off (PTO)
    • Wellness time

    Pay

This position earns a competitive salary and excellent benefits. As a Superintendent you will earn a competitive annual salary.

    Schedule

The schedule will vary but you will be working 40-50 hours per week on average.

We need to ensure we didn't duplicate benefits items (some repeated). Could deduplicate but it's okay to keep as posted. However we should preserve all substantive information; duplicates are okay but we could combine. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplicates are part of the posting; we could keep them but maybe better to keep as they appear. However we have two benefit paragraphs: first includes low-cost medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, profit sharing, paid time off, and paid holidays. Second includes medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, profit sharing, paid time off (PTO), and wellness time. We could keep both as separate lists or combine. To preserve all, we could keep both as separate
but that might be repetitive. Better to keep a single list that includes all unique items plus mention wellness time and low-cost etc. But that would be summarizing (removing duplication). The instruction says do NOT summarize away detail. Duplication is detail; removing it could be considered summarizing. Safer to keep both benefit statements as separate paragraphs or lists. But we used a single list combining items; that may be considered summarizing (removing duplication). Let's instead keep two separate

paragraphs with the benefit sentences, or two

        each. We can do:

        Benefits

This position earns a competitive salary and excellent benefits, including low-cost medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, profit sharing, paid time off, and paid holidays.

We provide excellent benefits and perks, including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, profit sharing, paid time off (PTO), and wellness time.

That preserves both sentences. Similarly for Pay we have two sentences: "This position earns a competitive salary and excellent benefits, including ..." and "As a Superintendent you will earn a competitive annual salary." We could keep both. But we already used benefits sentences; we might repeat the first sentence in Pay. Better to separate: Pay section: "This position earns a competitive salary." and "As a Superintendent you will earn a competitive annual salary." Actually the first sentence includes benefits; but we already used that in Benefits. To avoid duplication, we could keep Pay as: "This position earns a competitive salary." and "As a Superintendent you will earn a competitive annual salary." But the original sentence includes benefits; we already captured benefits elsewhere. However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; we could keep the sentence as is in Pay, even if it repeats benefits. That's okay. Let's restructure: Benefits section: two

        as above. Pay section: two
