Superintendent - National Traveler
Responsibilities
- Aid in bidding opportunities and preconstruction services, including development of chart of accounts, CPM schedules, detailed scopes of work, and site logistics plans.
- Develop and manage shop drawings and submittals.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of contract documents.
- Lead and coordinate trades, including self-perform concrete work, to ensure optimal performance and adherence to quality processes.
- Oversee labor forces to prevent accidents and promote safety.
- Implement EEO and Affirmative Action programs.
- Document daily construction activities.
- Facilitate weekly subcontractor coordination meetings.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in mission critical, healthcare, commercial, laboratory, aviation, education, and/or parking structures construction.
- Knowledge of construction principles and practices.
- Experience directing and coordinating trades, especially in self-perform concrete work.
- Proven ability to work effectively with Project Management teams.
- Successful completion of projects.
