Superintendent - National Traveler

Responsibilities

• Aid in bidding opportunities and preconstruction services, including development of chart of accounts, CPM schedules, detailed scopes of work, and site logistics plans.
• Develop and manage shop drawings and submittals.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of contract documents.
• Lead and coordinate trades, including self-perform concrete work, to ensure optimal performance and adherence to quality processes.
• Oversee labor forces to prevent accidents and promote safety.
• Implement EEO and Affirmative Action programs.
• Document daily construction activities.
• Facilitate weekly subcontractor coordination meetings.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in mission critical, healthcare, commercial, laboratory, aviation, education, and/or parking structures construction.
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices.
• Experience directing and coordinating trades, especially in self-perform concrete work.
• Proven ability to work effectively with Project Management teams.
• Successful completion of projects.
