Superintendent - National Traveler

Responsibilities

• Aid in bidding opportunities and preconstruction services, including development of chart of accounts, CPM schedules, detailed scopes of work, and site logistics plans.
• Develop and manage McCarthy’s labor force to achieve optimal performance, leading quality processes and safety/accident prevention programs, as well as EEO and Affirmative Action initiatives.
• Review and understand material/equipment budgets, negotiate purchase orders/rental rates, monitor project costs, and identify areas for improvement.
• Document daily construction activities and chair weekly subcontractor coordination meetings.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in mission critical, healthcare, commercial, laboratory, aviation, education, and/or parking structures construction.
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices.
• Experience directing and coordinating trades, particularly with self-perform concrete background.
• Experience working with Project Management teams and successfully completing projects.
