About the role

This position is based out of North Denver, CO. An established, employee-owned general contractor is expanding its field leadership team and seeking multiple experienced Superintendents to support upcoming multifamily and mixed-use projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for assigned projects, including self-perform and subcontracted work
  • Supervise field staff and all subcontractor trades to ensure schedule, quality, and productivity targets are met
  • Develop, maintain, and drive the project master schedule and daily work plans
  • Coordinate material deliveries, inspections, commissioning, and site logistics
  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for ownership, design teams, and internal project leadership
  • Review drawings and specifications, identify constructability concerns, and resolve field issues in real time
  • Enforce quality control standards and project documentation requirements
  • Promote and enforce site safety programs, conduct jobsite inspections, and lead safety meetings
  • Complete performance feedback for field personnel and support workforce planning
  • Support preconstruction, estimating, and project handoff activities as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years as a Superintendent with a general contractor
  • Strong background delivering wood-frame multifamily projects
  • Experience supervising multiple subcontractor trades in an active jobsite environment
  • Comfortable working full-time on site from a jobsite trailer
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus
  • Experience in multifamily, affordable housing, and residential construction is a plus
  • Estimating or preconstruction exposure is a plus
  • OSHA 30 and LEED credentials are a plus

Pay

$100,000 – $135,000 base salary (depending on experience)
