Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, with a proven track record in multi-family and commercial construction projects.
• Extensive experience in ground-up construction is a must.
• A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and direct a team to maximize performance.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and determine the most effective solutions.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and other related software.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.
