We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of role responsibilities, essential job functions, education & experience, benefits. No explicit headings like "About the role" but we can infer sections: maybe "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Benefits". Also maybe "Qualifications". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections have content. We have: - Responsibilities: essential job functions list (supervises, safety, planning, managing jobsites, subcontractor schedule, relationships, change orders, code knowledge, etc). So we can have

Responsibilities

with
  • items. - Requirements/Education & Experience: includes education/experience, ability to write reports, etc, driver's license. So we can have

    Requirements

(or Qualifications). We'll choose Requirements. - Benefits: list of benefits (medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, supplemental medical, disability, life insurance, optional life, spouse life, identity theft monitoring, pet insurance, EAP, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) match, vacation, holidays, sick leave, parental leave). So we can have

    Benefits

    with
. - Pay: not mentioned. So omit. - Schedule: not mentioned. Omit. - Skills: not explicit separate; could be part of responsibilities. We'll not create. - About the role: maybe we could have a brief paragraph summarizing role? The posting starts: "TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Superintendent- Modernization in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Responsible for successfully managing modernization projects and crews so that jobs are completed timely and profitably, and the department continues to grow in volume and meets or exceeds the annual budgetary plan." That's a summary. Could be placed in a

before sections, not as heading. The instruction: do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it). So we can just have a

with that summary. We also need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all bullet points from essential job functions, education & experience, benefits. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes EEO statement at end; we should remove that. Also remove "What Makes Us Special" heading? That's a heading but we can treat as part of benefits? Actually "What Makes Us Special" is a heading preceding benefits list. We should not output that heading as it's not in allowed list; we can incorporate its content under Benefits. The benefits list is under that heading. So we just output Benefits section with the list. We also need to remove duplicated lines: there may be repeated sentences? Not seeing duplicates. We need to output ONLY the HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus final HTML:

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO. We removed that. Also removed "What Makes Us Special" heading. Also removed "Important note" etc. Also removed "TK Elevator is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also removed "TKE – Move Beyond Who We Are" etc. Also removed navigation etc. Check if any content missed: The essential job functions also included "Administers company safety program. Includes performing safety audits as required and when necessary and stressing the importance of safety to all employees." Already captured. Also "Plans, directs and prioritizes elevator modernization projects and manpower needs; utilizes project management software and other scheduling tools." captured. "Uses accounting reports and programs to review job status to identify risk and opportunity. This includes properly reporting fade issues prior to revenue." captured. "Manages jobsites from survey through the completion of the modernization process documenting and advising on modernization project progress for work not included. Includes trouble-shooting problems with mechanics, performing quality audits and meeting with customers to review progress." captured. "Manages subcontractor schedule and performance on turn-key projects." captured. "Develops and maintains strong working relationships with owner, elevator consultants, and architects." captured. "Identifies, reviews and signs off on change orders, purchase orders, elevator turnover authorizations, accounts receivable, write-offs, credits and other necessary approvals." captured. "Maintains strong familiarity of company Standard Operating Procedures and products by attending company training classes, utilizing the SOP document library, and reviewing factory equipment updates and supplier goods; Interfaces with corporate departments, including the factory, coordination and labor, and consults with the Regional Operations Team." captured. "Makes weekly crew visits and day one visits to manage safety, site activities and progress of employees and customer; documenting findings." captured. "Performs other duties as may be assigned." captured. Education & Experience: we captured bullet points. Check if any other substantive info: "What Makes Us Special At TK Elevator, we offer more than just a role, we offer a place to grow, thrive, and make an impact." That's a sentence before benefits list. Should we include that? It's substantive but maybe it's fluff. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should include that sentence somewhere. It could be placed in a

before Benefits or as part of Benefits intro. Since we already have a

summary about role, we could add another

after that: "What Makes Us Special At TK Elevator, we offer more than just a role, we offer a place to grow, thrive, and make an impact." But that is basically a heading; we could incorporate as a

. However, the instruction says to use

for prose. So we can add a

with that sentence. But note: The sentence is essentially marketing fluff but still substantive. We'll include. Also after benefits list there is: "Eligibility requirements for these benefits will be controlled by applicable plan documents. This is intended to provide a general description of benefits and other compensation and is not a substitute for applicable plan documents or company policies." That's also substantive; we should include as a

after benefits list. Also after that there is EEO statement which we remove. Also after that: "Important note: TK Elevator is committed to a prejudice-free and diverse working environment with equal opportunities. We welcome applications from everyone we continously work towards an inclusive and barrier-free reality. Please do reach out to us and we will work on individual solutions tailored to you." That's also EEO/diversity statement; we should remove as boilerplate. Also after that: "TKE – Move Beyond Who We Are TK Elevator (TKE) is a world-leading innovator..." That's company description; could be considered substantive? It's more about company; but it's not about the job. The instruction says to remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This company description might be considered boilerplate? Not sure. It's not directly about the job; but it's still substantive info about the
