Superintendent - Mission Critical I Texas Travel Role

About the role
As a mission-critical (Data Center) Superintendent, you will be the main supervisor for all field operations on site. You will build intricate facilities alongside the Mission Critical Project Manager, from the conceptual plan, schedule, and staffing plans through completion. This role requires frequent travel within Texas.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all field operations for the project.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager in early identification of problem areas that affect project quality.
- Establish subcontractor performance schedules.
- Inspect the site and check for OSHA violations and unsafe practices and conditions.
- Conduct Toolbox Talks with all employees.
- Ensure consistent communication with all team members, including trade partners, clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Travel to project sites across Texas, including extended assignments that may last several weeks or months depending on project needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in the Commercial Construction space with a focus on mission critical coordination, data center construction, and fit-out.
- Ability and willingness to travel frequently within Texas.
