Superintendent - Mission Critical

Responsibilities

• Oversight of complex, large-scale data center, mission critical projects up to $100M+
• Preconstruction phase work including buyout, logistics, and scheduling
• Collaboration with Business Development (BD) on sales pursuits and presentations
• Communication of project plan's success factors and implementation strategies
• Reconciliation of Work in Progress (WIP) with Trade contractors' Schedule of Values and submission of payment requisitions
• Understanding and utilization of the Profit Plan (PP) and project financial forecast
• Conducting jobsite lean and Last Planner System (LPS) boot camps
• Maintaining a weekly cadence of LPS and continuous improvement activities
• Innovation and solving construction challenges using project team and trade partner resources
• Conducting constructability reviews and collaborating with stakeholders for a quality control program
• Creating and assessing Weekly Work Plan (WWP) and Pre-Task Plan (PTP) for continuous improvement
• Implementing and adhering to Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies and procedures
• Ensuring Injury Free Environments and identifying safety training needs
• Reviewing and discussing overall safety performance and data with trade partners
• Understanding leading and lagging safety indicators

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of relevant site management experience on ground up commercial and/or data center projects
• 5+ years’ experience leading and managing the build process for data center projects
• Experience with the design process of building systems for data center and mission critical projects
• Utilization of P6 to build project schedules
• Proficiency with Procore and/or CMIC
