A lead position overseeing MEP activities on a $180M ground-up K-12 project.
Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractors, scheduling, inspections, and quality control for MEP scopes
- Partner with project leadership to maintain project milestones and budgets
- Oversee safety, commissioning, and turnover processes related to building systems
- Collaborate with field and project teams to resolve construction challenges proactively
Requirements
- Strong tenure with previous employers and a stable work history
- Experience overseeing MEP scopes on large commercial, academic, or healthcare projects
- K-12 construction experience strongly preferred
- Superintendent experience with a general contractor required
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
Competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $160,000 USD.
